$500 deposit is required for each  individual  registered.The money will be refunded less $100 per person service  charge if you  need to cancel up to 30 days before the beginning day. After that day  refunds  only when spot is taken by someone else. Balance is due in 2 weeks after   registration. Please make checks out to VISTANUOVA Art Retreats. After  you submit your registration our representative  will contact you via e-mail.

Limit of Liability:

By clicking Register below, the customer acknowledges that travel, especially travel to foreign countries, contains inherent risks which may result in delay, rerouting or changing itinerary, theft, cancellation, sickness, injury or death. The customer, realizing this, agrees to hold Vistanuova Art Retreats blameless for any damage due to an act of negligence of the hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering services included in the tour. Further, no responsibility is accepted by Vistanuova for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraint, weather or any other causes beyond its control. We do recommend trip insurance which you purchase from your travel agent. If we have to cancel a workshop for lack of people, we do not take responsibility for airline tickets that you have purchased. No refunds for no-shows, early departures or deviations made by you to the trip.
